ICC Safety Program
Industrial Cooling Corporation believes that safety is the key and all injuries can be prevented. “Safety is the Key” is not just our motto, but the way we operate. We are vitally concerned about the losses which can result from on-the-job accidents. Therefore, the prevention of accidents is a major company objective, requiring the active and sincere cooperation of all employees. While safety preparation requires more time, the benefits to our productivity and clients are incalculable. Our safe practices keep our employees, subcontractors, and public out of harm’s way while creating a positive working environment for everyone involved.
ICC Project Managers and field staff all recognize the importance of maintaining a safe and clean worksite. Total accident prevention can only be accomplished through the coordinated efforts of all employees. It is our policy that no job or service performed by an employee is so important or urgent that it cannot be performed the safest way.
Improving safety performance is a strategic priority at ICC. We work hard to continuously enhance our safety program to insure the safety of our clients and employees. We have a full time Safety Coordinator who is responsible for program administration, employee training, and program and training development. This allows ICC to effectively communicate the latest OSHA information and best safety practices to our workforce. ICC has addressed personal accountability for safety actions by implementing a stringent disciplinary policy. The goal is to stop the unsafe behavior before an accident occurs.
